Khushi Local was closed down on the 20th of February after a visit from environmental officers.
It reopened four days later when Spelthorne council was “satisfied the premises no longer presented an imminent risk”.
The owners must pay £775 to the authority when a magistrates court agreed that the council took the right decision.
