31 year old Jake Pinhorn was given the ten year order in 2018 and signed on to the Sex Offenders Register.
It’s after he was convicted of making and distributing indecent images of children.
But his Risk Management Officer suspected he had access to an undeclared smartphone which allowed him to access the internet.
