Brentford boss Thomas Frank says the punishment of a man who racially abused striker Ivan Toney online last October isn't enough.

24-year-old Antonio Neill has been banned from every football stadium in England for three years and handed a four month prison sentence, suspended for two years.

Frank believes it's a step in the right direction though.
