He’s serving life behind bars after being found guilty of the murders of Milly Dowler, Marsha McDonnell and Amelie Delagrange.
The 54 year old was jailed in 2008 for the killings which took place in Walton, Hampton and Twickenham between 2002 and 2004.
The Sun newspaper is reporting he wants to marry a female prison visitor after they became engaged in 2021.
