The charity Brain Tumour Research is giving the money to the Institute of Cancer Research.
It’ll go towards connecting worldwide research and analysing findings, which will help inform clinical trials in the future.
Professor Chris Jones says the tumours are “incredibly resistant to current treatments” and they’re “desperate” for new options.
