Officers were called to a house on Station Approach that was burgled at 7pm on Saturday where a gold ID tag was stolen.
On the same night, several items of jewellery were stolen from an address of Milstead Close at around 9:20.
Witnesses also reported seeing two men wearing dark coloured coats acting suspiciously in the vicinity around this time.
