Wadhurst in East Sussex has beaten more than 70 locations to be named the UK's best place to live

The Sunday Times ranked the small market town highly for its good schools, convenient transport, variety of shops, and "stunning scenery".

Crouch End was named the best in London, but Earlsfield was in the running at 4th in that region.
