A bench, dedicated to a former New Malden councillor, will be unveiled in the high street in her memory today

85 year old Mary Clark died last May. 

She was due to stand in the local elections as an Independent candidate having resigned from the Conservative party in 2015.

Mary’s son Simon says her meticulous nature made her a force to be reckoned with.
