A charity in Hammersmith says a potential ban on wet wipes will not come soon enough for the River Thames

Environment Secretary Thérèse Coffey announced the move last month.

There is currently a wet wipe mound near Hammersmith Bridge that has reached the size of two tennis courts and is one metre high.
