At around 2am on the 14th of March, he was seen using the map function on his phone at the Crooked Billet roundabout.
When police signalled for him to pull over, he apparently didn’t notice at first “as he was so engrossed in his phone”.
Officers found that he didn’t have a licence or insurance, and so he had his vehicle seized.
