38 year old Norris Henry was accused of killing 20-year-old Ali Abucar Ali and attempting to kill 82-year-old Elizabeth Walsh.
The Old Bailey was told that the defendant was not fit to stand trial as he suffered from paranoid schizophrenia.
The jury was only asked to rule on whether the defendant carried out the attacks in November 2021 and he will be sentenced next month.
