Emergency crews were called just before 11pm yesterday to Rotherwood Close.
A woman from a neighbouring home was taken to hospital for smoke inhalation, and 14 people were evacuated as a precaution.
The cause is under investigation by the Fire Brigade and the Metropolitan Police.
