Richmond Council wants to improve the “streetscape” of Templeton Place which runs between Clarence House School and Tesco.
An artist is being sought who can create designs for four existing park benches and a series of flags to “animate the space”.
The project should encompass simple, bold designs in a limited palette of four colours.
