Hammersmith and Fulham Council has spent nearly £200,000 of grant money on improvements to the Wormwood Scrubs green space

It’s the borough’s largest outdoor green space, and is separate to the prison. 

The money has been spent on refurbishing rundown paths and installing new play equipment like a zip wire and trampoline. 

The Scrubs’ three main entrances have also been redesigned and rebuilt to improve accessibility.
