Plans to expand the airport remain on ice after being paused at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Richmond Park’s MP, Sarah Olney, says she has been told the land is being kept from development.
Ms Olney claims this means the airport has been unable to increase its efficiency by moving terminals or building infrastructure.
