At around 6.20am, the force received reports that a woman had been attacked after getting off a bus on the A30, in the alleyway to Masefield Way.
The suspect is described as White, in his early 40s, bald on the top of his head, and wearing a short black raincoat with long sleeves.
Spelthorne Police say they’re happy to speak to anyone with any concerns.
