The Italian restaurant chain Prezzo is to close 46 of its venues, putting 810 jobs at risk.
The locations of eateries going include Weybridge, Shepperton and Epsom.
The private equity firm behind the business says the post-Covid recovery has "proved harder" than it hoped.
Bosses say it's partly because of soaring energy and food costs.
It'll
affect a large number of high-street sites, leaving 97 restaurants in its
portfolio.
