The MP for Esher and Walton Dominic Raab is claiming he was forced to step down because of “activist civil servants”.

The former Deputy Prime Minister resigned yesterday after a report was published into allegations he’d bullied colleagues.

The report found his behaviour in the workplace had been “intimidating and aggressive”.
