60 year old Ebenezer Adeyemi, who suffers from dementia, was last seen on Friday 12th May on Kings Road at 6 o’clock in the evening.
He is described as 6ft 2 inches tall, and he was last seen wearing the clothes in the pictures.
Ebenezer has links to Wandsworth and Waterloo.
Anyone with any information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police on 101.
