Some council tenants living in Kensington and Chelsea are being given access to thermal imaging cameras.

The devices, on offer from the council, help identify cold spots in their homes.

The authority can then offer solutions like draft excluders and radio reflectors to improve insulation and ventilation.

Housing and buildings are currently the biggest carbon emitters in the borough, accounting for 80% of carbon emissions.
