Sutton Tory MP Paul Scully has announced his intention to run for Mayor of London

He’s pausing his post as Minister for London in order to avoid a conflict of interest.

He’s been in that post for three years.

Tory London Assembly member Tony Devenish has already come out in support of him, as has Croydon Councillor Fatima Zaman.
