Suzette Nicholson, a Lib Dem Councillor for Hampton, has become the 58th Mayor of the borough.
She has chosen to raise money for Age UK Richmond and Twickenham based SEEN.
The latter provides mental and emotional support for women and their partners after experiencing pregnancy and baby loss.
