They’ve been painted underneath the Iron Bridge, after its refurbishment by Network Rail.
They include references to Staines Bridge, Roman artefacts, swans, and foxes.
The northern pavement underneath the bridge has also been widened and resurfaced, to improve safety and access for pedestrians.
