Fulham are still without a point

Liverpool could have been level on points with early Premier League leaders Everton this morning - but suffered their first top flight defeat of the season.

The champions were thrashed 7-2 at Aston Villa.

There was also a humiliating loss for Manchester United in their 6-1 defeat to Tottenham at Old Trafford.

Fulham manager Scott Parker says his team took a step in the right direction against Wolves, despite losing 1-nil.

They are still without a point in the Premier League this season following their promotion from the Championship.

Parker says they'll keep working hard.
