Rules preventing some gay and bisexual men from giving blood are being lifted.

From next summer, men who have sex with men in a long-term relationship will be allowed to donate.

Currently they can only do so if they abstain for three months.

Ethan Spibey - the founder of campaign group Freedom to Donate - says it's a big step towards equality.

You can donate at centres in Tooting and Twickenham.
