Suspected members of an organised crime group responsible for selling vast quantities of MDMA on the dark web, have been targeted in raids across the North East and Surrey.
Two men, aged 24 and 31, were arrested on suspicion of importing and supplying Class A, B and C drugs. A total of 90 kilos of MDMA, 134 kilos of Amphetamine and more than 6000 tablets, with a combined street value of £4.3 million, have been recovered during the investigation. An address in Epsom, Surrey, was searched, along with other addresses in South Sheilds.
