A paramedic has suffered a racially-aggravated verbal assault and been threatened on duty in Walton.

An ambulance was called to a 39-year-old man complaining of abdominal pain at the Xcel Leisure centre on Wednesday the 26th of May. 

Upon arrival, paramedics tried to treat the man, but he and his friend then swore, used racially abusive language and threatened to kill her.

The first suspect’s described as white, around 5 ft 11, with an overweight build and brown hair. 

The second’s described as White, with a slender build, brown hair and stubble.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact police.
