A property owner in Hounslow who built an extension, was told to demolish it, then rebuilt it, has been fined
In 2017, Ijaz Khan constructed a roof extension, rear roof extension, and a single storey extension, then did a planning application afterwards. However, that was refused, as were all of his further applications, so he took it down, but waited two years then just built it again. He pleaded not guilty, saying his work was lawful, but a magistrates court fined him £6,000.
