There's a warning the decision to delay lifting lockdown restrictions in England will create "further economic casualties" if there's no help for firms

The Federation of Small Businesses says more support is vital from government.

Yesterday, the Prime Minister announced the postponement of step four of his roadmap, until the 19th July because of the Delta, or Indian, coronavirus variant.

Weddings are allowed to go ahead, but with advice against dancing among guests, communal singing, and stand-up drinks receptions.

Sutton Councillor Jed Dwight postponed his wedding last year, and says the current situation doesn’t “describe a wedding”.
