Kingston Council has been awarded more than £1.2 million to help get rough sleepers off the streets.

The cash is coming from the Government’s Rough Sleeping Initiative.

More than 180 people in the borough have been taken into emergency accommodation since the pandemic began.

Support services have been commissioned through partnerships with Kingston Churches Action on Homelessness and SPEAR LONDON.
