Part of a commercial building in Hammersmith was destroyed by fire after an internal substation caught light.

The LFB was called to Talgarth Road yesterday morning after a nearby resident spotted smoke rising from the roof. 

There were no reports of any injuries.

Fire Investigators believe the blaze was accidental and caused by a faulty compressor.
