The Clink charity has been given £6 million so it can roll out more training kitchens at prisons across the UK

The money, from the Julia and Hans Rausing Trust, will be distributed over 3 years.

Prisoners at sites including Highdown in Sutton, are given 18 months of kitchen training, gaining qualifications along the way.

The hope is that they leave prison with a job lined up,  as charity CEO, Chris Moore explains.
