Richmond Council’s proposals for a new centre, on the same land as the existing Elleray Hall, will include 16 affordable flats.
If plans get the green light, current users will be able to move from the old facility and into the new one overnight.
Over 200 residents voiced their opinions on the proposals earlier this year, with around 70% in agreement with the new plans.
