A woman has raised hundreds of pounds for the RNLI by walking 32 miles from Teddington Lock to the Thames Barrier

Caroline Hall was saved by the lifeboat institution while on holiday in South Wales.

She wants to raise awareness of what to do in a rip current, and says you need to swim parallel to the shore, since swimming against the current will defeat most swimmers.

Her fundraiser is still going, which you can find here.
