Labour MP for Putney, Fleur Anderson, has written to Grant Shapps asking about the decisions for Canada, Pakistan and South Africa.
She says that “several constituents” have written to her about those countries, saying the statistics suggest they should be on other lists.
The government says they speak to the experts, and factors include the reliability of COVID data and vaccination rates.
