A trial of the scooters began in parts of London at the beginning of June, which includes Richmond, but not Kingston.
Richmond Park MP, Sarah Olney, has addressed the issue with the Deputy Mayor of London for Transport, Heidi Alexander.
TfL has told Ms Olney it is continuing to monitor the scheme closely and will take action where necessary.
