Hannah Brewer and her new husband Struan Mitchell are one such couple; they decided to have the Clink charity cater their wedding.
The Clink gives prisoners at sites like High Down in Sutton the chance to train in a kitchen.
The aim is to help them secure a job in the catering industry when they finish their sentence.
Hannah says she wanted her wedding day to be a way to give something back.
