The Market Square will host stalls from local disability groups, including Mencap, Kingston Centre for Independent Living and Kingston Association for the Blind.
It's taking place on 5 September and will also host seven Kingston Council's own Adult Social Care and involve peer mentors.
It comes a week before International Disability Awareness Day and coincides with the last day of the Paralympics.
