A 27-year-old triathlete from Kingston has become the first global athlete ambassador with autism.

Sam Holness has been named as one of the top 100 people with a disability by the Shaw Trust.

He says that autism is his superpower, and he wants to encourage other neurodiverse people to take up the sport.
