A woman with Down's syndrome has lost a legal challenge against laws which allow the abortion of babies after 24 weeks.

Terminations can still happen in Great Britain after that time when there's a “substantial risk” of the child being seriously disabled.

Clare Murphy is from the B-P-A-S abortion clinic.

She says it's only right parents aren't rushed into making decisions.

One of the claimants is Maire Lea-Wilson from Brentford whose son has Downs syndrome
