Couriers at the Ocado depot in Acton are to strike tomorrow, over pay and conditions.

The Zoom facility offers quick deliveries to areas such as Richmond, Fulham and Barnes.

The ISGB union says workers were suffered pay cuts of up to 50% when they were transferred to the Ryde App.

It’s being backed by a number of MPs, including Streatham’s Bell Ribeiro-Addy, as well as the local council.

Ocado says they’re in the process of starting to employ workers directly, with “market-leading” benefits.
