It’s part of the airport’s plan to encourage public transport use and raise funds to cover its £3bn loss due to the pandemic.
It also says that its previous Free Travel Zone that would have offered free public transport, will be replaced with a Sustainable Travel Zone.
Nine other airports in the UK have introduced similar charges.
