Kingston Council say they can’t clean graffiti off of Kingston Bridge because they “haven’t been able to access the necessary equipment”

Rob Smith, from the area’s Tory opposition, says it’s “a massive smack in the face for residents who have been hit with increased council tax bills”.

The authority says they’re working on a solution and hope they can remove it “very soon”.
