The Charity trains serving prisoners, at sites like High Down in Sutton, in hospitality and horticulture.
The scheme allows them to learn on the job at the charity’s award- winning restaurants while gaining the necessary qualifications.
The training programme has been proven to dramatically reduce the chances of someone reoffending by up to 65.6%.
