The world’s first openly autistic triathlete has completed the Ironman challenge in Utah

Sam Holness from Kingston swam, cycled and ran despite extreme weather conditions, including sandstorms.

His father and coach Tony says that the first thing Sam did was eat a 14 inch pizza, but then just wanted to carry on.
