Transport Secretary Grant Shapps is urging us all to “play our part” to help alleviate the petrol crisis.

He wants drivers to only fill up as they normally would and not panic buy. 

One driver was filmed filling up numerous water bottles with petrol at the Cobham Services earlier this week. 

This is something Mr Shapps says is plain “dangerous.”
