A company which organises adult obstacle courses has had some of its deposit withheld following one of its events in Modern Park.

Merton Council says it' having to restore the park to its natural condition after the 'Tough Mudder' event earlier this month.

It says the money was withheld to pay for works after the ground was "churned up".

Bad weather meant that there was more mud than anticipated which resulted in the park's poor condition.
