Today is Restart a Heart Day, and the London Ambulance Service will show people how to perform CPR and use a defibrillator.
Dr John Martin, from LAS, says “learning these skills is so easy to do, and it could help save someone’s life”.
It’s happening at Goals in Surbiton until 4, and at Brentford Football Club from 3-6pm.
