Students at more than 40 universities nationwide are taking part to highlight the issue of drinks being spiked in nightclubs.
Police in Sussex and Hull are investigating several more reports in the last 24 hours.
Kingston Student Union says “ many of our sports clubs and societies are cancelling their Wednesday night socials to support the boycott.”
