Over 57% of people who took part in a Jackie Twitter poll say they don’t feel well enough informed about the ULEZ.

 The Ultra Low Emission Zone expanded on Monday to include parts of Richmond and Wandsworth. 

Drivers with the most polluting cars will now be charged £12.50 daily to drive within the zone.
